Rabbi Yitzchak Kaduri zt”l was born around 1898 in Baghdad, Iraq. From a young age, he demonstrated an extraordinary memory and deep understanding of Torah and Kabbalah. During the early 20th century, he immigrated to Jerusalem, where he joined the Porat Yosef Yeshiva, a leading Sephardic institution. Over the years, he emerged as one of Israel’s most venerated Kabbalists, attracting thousands of followers.

His life was dedicated to the study of Kabbalah, focusing primarily on the Zohar and the teachings of the Arizal. Although he did not publish many books, his spiritual influence spread through handwritten amulets, prayers, and personal guidance. Many believed these had miraculous effects. Throughout his life, Rabbi Kaduri remained a guiding figure for those seeking blessings and spiritual wisdom. His small study hall in Nachalat Yitzchak, Jerusalem, became a well-known center for seekers of Kabbalistic insight. Despite his advanced age, he stayed active in public discourse, urging Jews to strengthen their faith and Torah observance.
